For this dorm and hotel project, Plaza + Partners intended to design an architectural form that reflects the needs of the individuals that make up the cooperative under the CFI brand. The facade features undulating window shades to provide ample daylighting and privacy for users to comfortably go about their daily routine within the co-living space. The brand’s signature color highlights the facade to evoke the form’s visual appeal.
