This rehabilitation and education center, Project Noah in Alae, Bukidnon, was proposed to respond to the country’s most pressing problems, namely food insecurity, a declining agricultural sector, and widespread drug abuse. The design centers around an innovative program; Noah offers facilities for farming and vocational training as a form of rehabilitation catering to in-patients seeking help due to substance abuse, outpatients, and inmates serving two-year parole.
